Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Genuine interest in pursuing a career in the automotive industry.

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Ability to follow instructions and take direction from experienced technicians.

Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components is a plus but not required.
