MMG Toyota Matatiele is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and people-focused Automark Sales Manager to drive the growth of our pre-owned vehicle business. Key responsibilities 
Lead, coach, and motivate a pre-owned sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets. 
Manage stock acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory mix to ensure vehicles are sold efficiently and competitively. 
Maximise opportunities from the wider MMG Group stock pool of 500+ used vehicles. 
Oversee trade-in valuations, deal structuring, and deal profitability. 
Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity to keep the department competitive. 
Work closely with F&I, and aftersales teams to deliver a smooth customer experience. 
Maintain strong compliance with company policies, and legal requirements. 
Drive disciplined customer relationship management, follow-up, and sales process management across the team. 
 
What we are looking for 
Proven experience in used or pre-owned vehicle sales management. 
Strong ability to lead a sales team and deliver measurable results. 
Sound knowledge of vehicle valuation, trade-ins, and stock control. 
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills. 
A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on service excellence and repeat business. 
Valid driver’s license
