Who We Want:
The ideal candidate will have experience in used vehicle sales management, a passion for customer service excellence, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Automark sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage pricing and inventory control.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with pre-owned vehicles.
- Experience in the valuation of vehicles for possible trade-in.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Knowledge of Toyota Automark systems and processes is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license.
