What you’ll do 
  • Warmly welcome customers and accurately assess their service needs 
  • Efficiently schedule appointments and manage service requests 
  • Clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers 
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle repairs 
  • Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process 
  • Address customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism 
  • Process service orders and maintain accurate records 
  
What you bring 
  • Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proactive problem-solving and initiative 
  • A collaborative mindset and positive energy 
 
What Sets You Apart 
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive administrative systems 
  • Familiarity with Evolve DMS will be an advantage 
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor / Warranty Clerk
